This morning, I woke up, ate breakfast and then a couple hours later had a snack. So far so good. However, I noticed that immediately I tried to talk myself out of that snack because I didn't have time. I mean, really, who am I kidding...I don't have time to eat a piece of fruit or a few crackers and cheese?
Have you ever considered a short fast to start things off? Perhaps a juice fast to cleanse the body of toxics? Not trying to talk you into anything here but for some people it works well. I have never tried it myself (a juice fast that is) but I know some people do it regularly to cleanse the body of the toxics that we ingest all year long. Of course if you decide to do one dont go into it blindly. Look into it first and make sure its gonna be right for you guys. I've never fasted to lose weight so I'm no expert on the subject

Thanks, John! No, I never thought about that for this go, but it's not something that I would do again. I tried that when I was on LA Weightloss years ago and it was a nightmare! Can you imagine having nothing to eat, but yet, you can smell everything that people cook in the house while you're 'cleansing'? It was terrible :(
